超导储能连续脉冲电源ICCOS模块参数分析

摘要 半导体反向换流(ICCOS)技术是解决电磁发射用电感储能脉冲电源换流困难的一种有效方法。以用于高温超导电感储能脉冲电源的反向换流模块为研究对象,对超导电感储能脉冲电源的特点和ICCOS模块在脉冲电源中的工作原理进行分析,根据主开关(晶闸管)关断条件推导了ICCOS模块中电容器最小预充电压的选取方法,针对连续工作过程中的电容器最大电压值进行分析。为验证电容器最小预充电压和连续工作过程最大电压计算方法的正确性和有效性,将计算结果与电路仿真结果进行对比,并得出电容器最小预充电压和连续工作过程最大电压随电容值变化的趋势。计算和仿真结果都表明,随着ICCOS模块中电容值的增大,其最小预充电压和主开关的最大电压均呈现下降趋势,且下降趋势逐渐平缓。搭建小型实验平台,对主开关进行关断实验和连续放电测试,实验结果初步验证了分析结果的有效性。 The technology of inverse current commutation with semiconductor devices(ICCOS)is an ef-fective method to solve the problem of commutation difficulty of inductive energy storage pulse power for electromagnetic emission.Taking the inverse current commutation with semiconductor devices module used in the superconducting inductive pulsed power supply as the research object,the characteristics of the superconducting IPPS and the working principle of the ICCOS module were analyzed.The selection method of the minimum pre-charged voltage of the capacitor in the ICCOS module was deduced according to the turn-off condition of the main switch(thyristor).The maximum voltage value of the capacitor in the process of continuous operation was analyzed.To verify correctness and effectiveness of the calcula-tion methods for the minimum pre-charged voltage of capacitors and the maximum voltage during continu-ous operation,the calculation results are compared with the circuit simulation results,and the minimum pre-charged voltage of capacitors and the maximum voltage during continuous operation were obtained.The results show that the minimum pre-charged voltage and maximum voltage of the capacitor both show a downward trend with the increase of the capacitance value in the ICCOS module,and the downward trend is gradually gentle.A small-scale experiment platform was built to conduct turn-off tests of the main switch and repetitive pulse discharge tests.The experimental results preliminarily verify validity of the a-nalysis results.
