摘要
金刚石圆锯片广泛应用于石材加工,其中金刚石锯片基体性能在加工中起到关键支撑作用,而热处理工艺是保证金刚石锯片基体性能的关键因素。介绍了热处理关键工序淬火工艺的机理,重点对淬火变形的原因进行分析,从严格控制原材料的质量、制定合适的热处理工艺、选择合适的淬火介质以及定期维护检验等方面进行控制和优化,从而达到减小金刚石圆锯片基体淬火变形量,降低后续工序的加工难度,提升订单快速交付能力的效果,同时进一步提升产品品质,促进石材行业高质量发展。
Diamond circular saw blades are widely used in stone processing,in which the characteristics of diamond saw blade matrix plays a key supporting role in processing,and the heat treatment process is a key factor to ensure the properties of diamond saw blade matrix.The mechanism of quenching process as the key heat treatment process is introduced,and focuses on analyzing the causes of quenching deformation.The control and optimization are carried out from strict control of raw material quality,formulation of appropriate heat treatment process,selection of appropriate quenching medium and regular maintenance and inspection.So as to reduce the quenching deformation of diamond circular saw blade matrix,reduce the processing difficulty of the subsequent process,improve the ability to deliver orders quickly,and further improve product quality to promote the high-quality development of the stone industry.
