摘要
阐述硅钢进行退火的作用与目的,结合安钢冷轧硅钢退火-涂层机组设备概况和生产工艺,对密闭卧式连续退火炉在安钢新材料(硅钢)退火-涂层机组中的应用情况进行论述,并对卧式连续退火炉常见问题进行分析,提出整改措施。同时对卧式连续退火炉与立式连续退火炉设备工艺参数进行对比,结果表明,卧式连退炉工艺控制难度低,生产稳定性高,事故率低,加热能力强,带钢表面脱碳效果好,更利于薄规格、高磁感无取向冷轧硅钢退火生产。
The function and purpose of annealing for silicon steel are described,combined with the general situation and production process of cold rolling silicon steel annealing-coating unit of Angang Steel,the application of closed horizontal continuous annealing furnace in new material annealing-coating unit of Angang Steel is discussed,the causes of common problems of horizontal continuous annealing furnace are analyzed and the corrective measures are put forward.At the same time,the process parameters of horizontal continuous annealing furnace and vertical continuous annealing furnace are compared,and the conclusion is drawn that the horizontal continuous annealing furnace has low process control difficulty,high production stability,low accident rate,strong heating capacity,good decarbonization effect on the surface of strip steel,and is more conducive to the annealing production of thin size,high magnetic induction non-oriented cold rolled silicon steel.
