高速公路风光能源自洽照明的功能配置方法

Functional configuration method of expressway wind-solar energy self-consistent lighting

摘要 为保证风光能源自洽照明系统的供电可靠性及经济性,依据多年风速、水平面总辐照量的气象日值数据,选取月均风速、月均辐照量指标比较多年同一月份的风光能源特性,将两者均极小的月份组成风光能源多年最不利的1~12月,并以其风速、水平面辐照度、温度的小时数据构建风光能源自洽系统发电设施的气象设计参数基本数据集;以日均风速低于风机启动风速、日晴空指数KDCI<0.2为筛选条件确定多年连续极端弱风光天气最大持续天数,作为风光能源自洽照明系统储能设施配置的气象设计参数;依据单杆照明的用电需求、风/光/储能设施的工作性能,以储能设施充放电状态、连续极端弱风光天气与风光能源多年最不利各月的系统供电可靠性为发电与储能设施配置约束条件,以风光能源自洽照明系统的建设与运维总成本最低为配置目标,构建风/光/储能设施容量配置的数学模型,形成计及可靠性成本的高速公路风光能源自洽照明功能配置方法;并以昆明市长龙高速公路照明工程为例,完成风光能源自洽照明的功能配置。结果表明:依据昆明市风光能源特性,其单杆自洽照明系统的配置为300 W的垂直轴风机+600 W的单晶硅光伏电池+12 V 4×200 Ah的铅酸蓄电池,相较于传统市电供能,该系统20年可节约用电6.64×10^(6)kW·h,建设与运维总成本降低了288.7万元,减少CO_(2)排放5340 t。 To ensure the power supply reliability and economy of the self-consistent lighting system ofwind-solar energy,based on the meteorological daily values of wind speed andhorizontal irradiance for many years,the monthly average wind speed and monthly averageirradiance indicators were selected to compare the characteristics of wind-solar energy in the same month for many years,the months in which both were extremely small form themost unfavorable January to December of the wind-solar energy for many years.And the basic dataset of meteorological design parameters were constructed for the power generationfacilities of the wind-solar energy self-consistent system with its hourly data of wind speed,horizontal irradiance and temperature.The maximum continuous days of continuous extremeweak wind-solar weather based on the daily average wind speed were less than the windgenerator starting wind speed and the daily clear sky index KDCI<0.2 as the screeningconditions,which was used as the meteorological design parameters for the configuration ofenergy storage facilities in the self-consistent lighting system of wind-solar energy.In accordance with single light pole electricity consumption,working performance of windgenerator/PV panel/energy storage facilities,the configuration constraints of power generationand energy storage facilities were the charging and discharging status of energy storagefacilities,the system power supply reliability of continuous extreme weak wind-solar weatherand the most unfavorable months of wind-solar energy for many years,the configurationtarget was the lowest total cost of construction and operation and maintenance of wind-solarenergy self-consistent lighting system,the capacity configuration of wind generator/PV panel/energy storage facilities model was constructed.The mathematical model of windgenerator/PV panel/energy storage facilities capacity configuration was developed,and thefunctional configuration method of highway wind-solar energy self-consistent lighting withreliability cost was formed.The functional configuration of wind-solar energy self-consistentlighting was completed with Kunming Changlong Expressway lighting project as the object.The resultsshow that in terms of the characteristics of wind-solar energy in Kunming,the single lightconfiguration of the wind-solar energy self-consistent lighting system is 300 W windgenerator+600 W PV panel+12 V 4×200 Ah lead-acid battery,compared with the thermalpower generation supply,in 20 years,it can save electricity by 6.64×10^(6) kW·h,reduce the totalcost of construction and operation by 2.887 million yuan,and reduce CO_(2)emission by 5340 t.7 tabs,6 figs,24 refs.
