摘要
采用Romax Designer工程分析软件对兆瓦级风力发电机组齿轮箱进行整体建模,应用滚动轴承理论和切片法基本思想,对圆柱滚子轴承在内外圈相对倾斜情况下的接触应力分布进行分析,并对滚动体修形效果进行研究。研究结果表明,随着内圈相对于外圈倾斜量的增大,滚子与套圈间的最大接触应力增大。无论内圈相对于外圈倾斜量的大小如何,适当的凸度量对数修形都可以有效减小滚子与套圈间的最大接触应力。内圈相对外于圈倾斜量越大,修形最优凸度量也越大。研究结果可以为兆瓦级风力发电机组齿轮箱圆柱滚子轴承的优化设计提供参考。
Romax Designer engineering analysis software was used to model the gearbox of megawatt-level wind turbine as a whole,and the basic ideas of rolling bearing theory and slice method were applied to analyze the contact stress distribution of cylindrical roller bearing under the relative inclination of the inner and outer rings,and the modification effect of rolling element was studied.The results show that the maximum contact stress between the roller and the ferrule increases with the increase of the inclination of the inner ring relative to the outer ring.Regardless of the amount of inclination of the inner ring relative to the outer ring,proper logarithmic modification of the convex metric can effectively reduce the maximum contact stress between the roller and the ferrule.The greater the inclination of the inner ring relative to the outer ring,the greater the optimal convex metric of the shape.The research results can provide a reference for the optimal design of cylindrical roller bearing for gearbox of megawatt-level wind turbine.
