摘要
针对灯光设备在地面长距离运动且需要满足速度跟随的问题,设计了超长床身结构,并制订了拼接方案,成本低,制造周期短。介绍了单段床身结构和拼接方案,分析了加工精度要求,给出了加工过程,并进行了测量。采用所制订的拼接方案,超长床身整体直线度达到0.35 mm/42 m。
In view of the problem that the lighting equipment moves for a long distance on the ground and needs to meet the speed following,the ultra-long bed structure was designed,and the splicing scheme was formulated,which has low cost and short manufacturing cycle.The single-section bed structure and splicing scheme were introduced,the processing accuracy requirement was analyzed,the processing process was given,and the measurement was carried out.Using the developed splicing scheme,the overall straightness of the ultra-long bed reaches 0.35 mm/42 m.
