摘要 在对薄壁框架类零件结构和工艺难点进行分析的基础上,提出薄壁框架类零件数控加工工艺。介绍了具体数控加工过程,编制了数控加工程序,给出了刀具选用原则,并分析了冷却润滑问题。 On the basis of analyzing the structure and process difficulty of the thin-walled frame part,the CNC machining technology of the thin-walled frame part was proposed.The specific CNC machining process was introduced,the CNC machining program was compiled,the tool selection principle was given,and the cooling and lubrication problem was analyzed.
