基于挣值管理的分布式光伏发电项目成本管理研究

Research on Cost Management of Distributed PV Power Generation Project Based on EVM

从成本估算、成本控制、成本构成三个方面介绍了分布式光伏发电项目成本管理的现状,并从基本概念、应用范围、优势等方面论述了挣值管理理论。基于挣值管理对分布式光伏发电项目成本管理进行研究,建立分布式光伏发电项目成本管理模型,并进行案例分析。应用挣值管理,能够有效评估分布式光伏发电项目的绩效和成本,提高成本管理的效率和精度,有利于分布式光伏发电项目的实施。

The current situation of cost management of distributed photovoltaic power generation project was introduced from the aspects of cost estimation,cost control and cost composition,and the theory of earned value management was discussed from the basic concept,application scope and advantage.Based on earned value management,the cost management of distributed photovoltaic power generation project was studied,the cost management model of distributed photovoltaic power generation project was established,and case study was carried out.The application of earned value management can effectively evaluate the performance and cost of distributed photovoltaic power generation project,improve the efficiency and accuracy of cost management,and facilitate the implementation of distributed photovoltaic power generation project.
