2021年四川省MSM哨点人群丙肝防治知识知晓情况及影响因素分析

Awareness of prevention and treatment of hepatitis C and its influencing factors among men who have sex with men in Sichuan Province in 2021

目的 了解四川省男男性行为人群(MSM)丙型病毒性肝炎(简称丙肝)防治知识知晓现状及影响因素,为四川省重点人群丙肝消除工作提供科学依据。方法 结合四川省2021年艾滋病哨点监测工作,对MSM开展问卷调查,了解其人口学、行为学信息及丙肝知识知晓情况。通过Excel 2010和SPSS 25.0软件采用描述性方法、χ^(2)检验和多因素Logistic回归分析数据,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 共收回有效问卷2 610份,MSM丙肝知识知晓率为80.42%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,30~49岁(OR=1.948,95%CI:1.553~2.444)、汉族(OR=2.206,95%CI:1.120~4.345)、高中或中专(OR=1.619,95%CI:1.191~2.201)和大专及以上(OR=3.071,95%CI:2.239~4.213)文化程度是MSM丙肝知识知晓率的促进因素。结论 MSM人群丙肝防治知识知晓率还有待提高,应根据其人群特点制定相应的宣传教育策略。

Objective To investigate the awareness of prevention and treatment of hepatitis C and its influencing factors among men who have sex with men(MSM),and to provide scientific basis for further promoting the elimination of hepatitis C among the key groups in Sichuan.Methods Combined with AIDS sentinel surveillance in 2021,questionnaire survey was simultaneously conducted among MSM to collect the information on their demographic characteristics,behavioral characteristics and the awareness of hepatitis C.The descriptive analysis,chi-square test and multivariable logistic regression analysis were used to anaylze the data by Excel 2010 and SPSS 25.0 software.And the difference P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results Total of 2610 valid questionnaire were collected,and the awareness rate of hepatitis C was 80.42%among MSM.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that:30-49 years old(OR=1.948,95%CI:1.553-2.444),Han nationality(OR=2.206,95%CI:1.120-4.345),high school or technical secondary school(OR=1.619,95%CI:1.191-2.201),junior college and above(OR=3.071,95%CI:2.239-4.213)were the promoting factors of the awareness rate of hepatitis C among MSM.Conclusions The awareness rate of hepatitis C among MSM needs to be improved,publicity and education strategy should be specified according to the characteristics of MSM in the future.
