摘要
硫酸乙酰肝素(HS)是一类由多个二糖重复单元组成的线性硫酸化异构多糖,广泛存在于哺乳动物细胞表面和细胞外基质中。HS大分子通过相互作用识别并结合呈正电荷特性的病毒粒子,增强其对宿主细胞的感染能力,因此HS可作为病毒感染靶细胞的特异性受体。已有研究证实,HS参与口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)等多种病毒的吸附和入胞过程,在病毒感染中发挥重要作用。本文概述了HS的组成及其对病毒感染的影响,以期为HS的研究提供参考。
Heparan sulfate(HS)is a linear sulfated isomeric polysaccharide composed of multiple disaccharide repeat units,which is widely found in mammalian cell surface and extracellular matrix.HS molecules could recognize and bind to positively charged virion,finally enhancing viral infectivity to host cells.Therefore,Hs is identified as a specific receptor for virus to invade host cells.It has been reported that HS plays critical roles in viral invasion by participating in the adsorption and en-try process of many viruses,such as Foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV).In this review,the composi-tions of HS and its influence on virus infection are summarized in order to provide references for HS research.
