摘要
CRISPR/Cas9技术是一种用于基因编辑和基因修饰的生物技术,旨在精确地修改目标基因组。作为第3代基因编辑技术之一,CRISPR/Cas9技术具有许多优势,如成本低、效率高和操作简单等。目前,CRISPR/Cas9技术在病毒学领域被广泛应用,可用于了解病毒的发病机制和基因治疗等。综述CRISPR/Cas9技术及其在动物病毒学研究和疫苗开发中的应用,并探讨基于CRISPR/Cas9的基因编辑技术的未来前景和局限性,为动物病毒学研究和疫苗的开发提供新的思路和方向。
CRISPR/Cas9 technology is a powerful biotechnological tool utilized for precise gene editing and genetic modification in target genomes.It belongs to the third generation of gene editing technologies and offers a multitude of advantages,such as cost-effectiveness,high efficiency,and user-friendly operation.Presently,CRISPR/Cas9 technology is widely applied in the field of virology,playing a crucial role in enhancing our understanding of viral pathogenesis,gene therapy,and other interconnected areas.This article aimed to provide a comprehensive overview of CRISPR/Cas9 technology and its applications in animal virology research and vaccine development.Moreover,it exploreed the future prospects and limitations associated with CRISPR/Cas9-based gene editing technologies,thereby presenting novel insights and directions for further advancements in animal virology research and vaccine development.
