System Construction and Curriculum Reform of National Security Education in Ethnic Colleges and Universities in the New Era

国家安全是民族复兴的根基,民族院校国家安全教育是保障民族地区和谐稳定、国家安全统一的重要力量。民族院校国家安全教育存在安全意识薄弱、教学形式化、碎片化以及内容滞后等问题,亟待从理念到体系的更新。“大安全”格局下国家安全学被纳入交叉学科门类,民族院校国家安全教育面临教学体系化的时代要求。国家安全教育从碎片化模式向系统化转型应从明确国家安全教育理念、建立国家安全教育课程规范、加强师资队伍建设、建立科学的教学评价体系等方面着力。民族院校国家安全教育体系的落实需要体现在具体的课程改革中,把握课程改革的方向,结合教学内部要素和教学外部环境两个层面探索、设计课程改革实施路径,才能切实提高国家安全教育成效。

National security is the foundation of national rejuvenation,and national security education in ethnic colleges and universities is an important force to ensure harmony,stability,national security and unity in ethnic areas.The national security education in ethnic colleges and universities has some problems,such as weak safety awareness,teaching formalization,fragmentation and content delay,and it is urgent to update from the concept to the system.Under the pattern of"big security",national security has been included in the interdisciplinary category,and the national security education in ethnic colleges and universities is facing the requirements of systematic teaching in the era.The transformation of national security education from fragmented mode to systematic mode should be made from aspects including clarifying the aspects of national security education concept,establishing national security education curriculum norms,strengthening the construction of teachers,and establishing a scientific teaching evaluation system.The implementation of the national security education system in ethnic colleges and universities should be reflected in the specific curriculum reform,seize the direction of curriculum reform,and explore and design the implementation path of curriculum reform by combining the internal elements of teaching and the external environment of teaching,so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of national security education.
