摘要
采用文献资料法和SWOT模型对南昌市高校人才集聚的内部优势和劣势、外部机遇与挑战进行分析,基于此形成南昌市高校人才集聚的SWOT战略选择矩阵,分别从WO战略、WT战略、SO战略、ST战略出发制定高校人才集聚对策,发挥优势规避劣势,具体从人才引进计划和政策的制定、人才培养发展平台的建立、人才管理与激励机制的完善和建立与产业协同发展的优势特色学科等方面制定对策措施。
By using literature data method and SWOT model,this paper makes a analysis of the internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and challenges ofthe talent cluster in universities and colleges in Nanchang,and forms a SWOT strategic selection matrix forthe talent cluster in universities and colleges in Nanchang.And finally put forward WO strategy,WT strategy,SO strategy and ST strategy,the paper gives full play to the advantages and avoids the disadvantages.In particular,it puts forward the countermeasures from the formulation of talent introduction plan and policy,the establishment of talent training and development platform,the improvement of talent management and incentive mechanism,and the establishment of the advantageous characteristic discipline of synergistic development with the industry.
