摘要
高校开展对分课堂可督促学生主动学习,形成对象性师生关系,构建生成性教学模式,营造灵活弹性的教学氛围。教师开展对分课堂期间,需要基于导向性选择教学内容,以精讲留白和理想作业促进学生内化知识,以理论实践融合、弹性分组推动师生及学生间交流互动。为进一步提升对分课堂实效性,高校教师要以学生为中心,及时更新教学理念,重构师生关系。同时高校要加强教培工作,并完善对分课堂评价体系,提升教师综合能力,为对分课堂的顺利开展提供保障。
In colleges and universities,the development of divided classes can urge students to take the initiative to learn,form an objective relationship between teachers and students,build a generative teaching model,and create a flexible teaching atmosphere.During the split class,teachers need to choose the teaching content based on the guidance of sexual selection,promote students'internalization of knowledge by focusing on blank space and ideal homework,and promote communication and interaction between teachers,students and students by integrating theory and practice and flexible grouping.To further enhance the effectiveness of divided classrooms,university teachers should focus on students,update teaching concepts in a timely manner,and reconstruct teacher-student relationships.At the same time,universities should strengthen teaching and training work,improve the evaluation system of divided classrooms,enhance teachers'comprehensive abilities,and provide guarantees for the smooth development of divided classrooms.
