摘要
在经济新常态背景下,业财融合是油田企业转型发展的关键手段,只有业务与财务密切协作,将价值理念传导至经济业务的各个环节,将财务管理向前延伸至业务前端,实现事前预测、事中控制、事后反映,为管理者提供决策有力支撑,才能提升油田价值创造能力。本文结合胜利油田现状深入剖析存在问题及深层原因,从理念宣贯、职能定位、信息建设及人才培养4个方面提出融合路径,以此实现价值最大化目标,促进胜利油田在高质量发展中行稳致远。
In the context of the new normal of the economy,the integration of business and finance is an important part of the reform and transformation of oilfield enterprises.Only by closely cooperating with business and finance,transmitting value concepts to various aspects of economic business,extending financial management to the front end of business,achieving pre prediction,in-process control,and post reflection,providing strong decision-making support for managers,can the ability to create value in the oilfield be enhanced.This article analyzes the existing problems and underlying reasons in depth based on the current situation of Shengli Oilfield,and proposes a fusion path from four aspects:concept promotion,functional positioning,information construction,and talent cultivation,in order to achieve the goal of maximizing value and promote the high-quality development of Shengli Oilfield.
