摘要
在竖窑冶金辅料生产中,由于各部位的氧气需求不同,需要不同风量分配,从而保证生产的辅料质量稳定。基于此,研究竖窑风量分配风帽在冶金辅料生产中的应用,包括制作技术流程、应用场景及其对比优点。以期为冶金辅料生产企业提供有价值的技术支持和参考,并为该领域的进一步提产增效提供新思路和新方法。
In the production of metallurgical auxiliary materials in vertical kilns,due to the different oxygen requirements in different parts,different air volume distributions are required to ensure stable quality of the produced auxiliary materials.This article mainly studies the application and exploration of the vertical kiln air flow distribution hood in the production of metallurgical auxiliary materials,including the production technology process,application scenarios,and comparative advantages.The purpose of this study is to provide valuable technical support and reference for metallurgical auxiliary material production enterprises,and to provide new ideas and methods for further production and efficiency improvement in this field.
