应用双侧单蒂旋转皮瓣修复外鼻恶性肿瘤切除后缺损

The application of bilateral rotary skin flap with single pedicle in repairing defect after resection external nose neoplasms

目的 :探讨在外鼻恶性肿瘤切除后缺损修复中双侧单蒂旋转皮瓣的应用。方法 :1994年 4月至2 0 0 0年 6月应用双侧单蒂旋转皮瓣为 7例外鼻恶性肿瘤患者行缺损一期修复术。结果 :7例均无皮瓣坏死 ,随访 2～ 5年 ,无 1例复发。结论 :双侧单蒂旋转皮瓣是一期修复外鼻肿瘤术后缺损的理想材料 ,皮瓣血供好 ,易成活 。

Objective: To explore the application of bilateral rotary skin flap with single pedicle in repairing the defect after removing external nose neoplasms. Method: From April in 1994 to June in 2000, bilateral rotary skin flap with single pedicle was applied to one stage repair in 7 cases with external nose neoplasms. Result: All of the 7 cases got one stage healing and had no relapse after followed up from 2 to 5 years. Conclusion: The bilateral rotary skin flap with single pedicle is an ideal material which have good blood supply and exist easily to repair the defect after resection of the external nose neoplasms.
