摘要
整校参与的社会情感学习对儿童心理健康具有重要价值。首先,介绍整校参与的社会情感学习的理论框架及具体内容。随后,以丹麦的整校参与的社会情感学习项目UP项目为例,从学校开展的教育活动、教师技能发展、父母参与以及学校日常举措四方面介绍其内容。最后,提出三个方面的教育启示:注重与学科结合,提高项目融合性;构建持续支持,确保项目可持续性;纳入多参与主体,增强项目系统性。
It is crucial to prioritize social and emotional learning(SEL)through the Whole School Approach(WSA)to ensure chil⁃dren’s mental health.This study aims to provide references for implementing WSA-based SEL in China.Firstly,the theoretical foun⁃dation,core content,and social-emotional learning framework of the WSA are introduced.Additionally,the implementation of the Danish WSA-based SEL(i.e.,UP)through educational activities in schools,staff development,parental involvement,and daily ini⁃tiatives are presented.Finally,three educational insights are proposed:integrating with disciplines to improve program integration;pro⁃viding ongoing support for program sustainability;and incorporating multiple participants to enhance the program systematicness.
