摘要
目的:探讨ICam4D摄影测量技术在全牙弓种植固定修复终印模制取中的临床效果。方法:选取需进行终修复的全牙弓种植固定修复患者30名。对照组及实验组各15名,分别采用传统夹板印模技术制取硅橡胶开窗印模及ICam4D摄影测量技术获取数字化印模完成最终固定义齿修复。患者填写印模制取舒适度及修复体满意度视觉模拟量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS),比较两组制取印模耗时、患者舒适度、修复体就位及边缘适合性、修复体满意度及修复后随访差异,评估ICam4D摄影测量技术在全牙弓种植固定修复中的临床效果。结果:全部终修复体均精准被动就位,边缘适合性均为I级;印模制取耗时对比,实验组(15.67±2.77)min显著少于对照组(51.47±5.88)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);印模舒适度(VAS)评分对比,实验组(94.60±13.64)显著高于对照组(55.13±13.64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组修复体咀嚼、美观、发音满意度(VAS)评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组随访,螺丝松动及折裂率、支架折裂率均为0%,种植体成功率均为100%。结论:ICam4D摄影测量技术应用于全牙弓种植固定修复终印模制取,节约椅旁操作时间,提高患者舒适度,准确性能满足临床需求,具有较好的临床预后。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ICam4D photogrammetric in the final impression of full arch implant restoration.Methods:A total of 30 patients with full arch implant restoration were selected for final restoration.In the control group and the experimental group,15 patients in each group were treated with traditional splint impression technology to obtain silicone rubber window impression and ICam4D photogrammetry technology to obtain digital impression to complete the final fixed denture restoration.The patients filled in the visual analog scale(VAS)for impression making comfort and prosthesis satisfaction.The differences in impression making time,patient comfort,prosthesis placement and edge fitness,prosthesis satisfaction and follow-up were compared between the two groups,and the clinical effects of ICam4D photogrammetry in full arch implantation and fixation were evaluated.Results:All the final prostheses were placed accurately and passively,and the edge fit was grade I.The time of impression making in the experimental group(15.67±2.77)min was significantly lower than that in the control group(51.47±5.88)min,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The impression comfort(VAS)score of the experimental group(94.60±13.64)was significantly higher than that of the control group(55.13±13.64),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the prosthesis chewing,aesthetic and pronunciation satisfaction(VAS)scores(P>0.05).In the follow-up of the two groups,screw loosening and fracture rate and stent fracture rate were 0%,and the success rate of implant was 100%.Conclusion:The application of ICam4D photogrammetry technology in the final impression of full arch implant restoration can save the chair-side operation time,improve patient comfort,and meet clinical needs with accurate performance,with good clinical prognosis.
