摘要
粗粒土注浆后的加固效果与注浆浆体在粗粒土孔隙结构中的填充程度有关,粗粒含量(P_(5))和密度是反映粗粒土孔隙结构和孔隙率的指标参数。根据粗粒含量和密度基本参数的不同,配制不同颗粒组成的碎石土试样,通过测试掺入不同水泥浆的试样的波速并建立粗粒土注浆体波速与颗粒组成相关模型,可获得粗粒土注浆量估算模型,并可对粗粒土注浆效果作出评价。试验结果表明:在同一密度和注浆率下,注浆体波速与粗粒含量(P_(5))呈线性关系;在同一粗粒含量(P_(5))和密度下,注浆体波速与注浆率呈线性关系;在同一粗粒含量(P_(5))和注浆率下,注浆体波速与密度呈线性关系。正交试验结果表明,注浆率对波速的影响最大,粗粒含量(P_(5))次之,密度影响非常小。
The reinforcement effect of coarse-grained soil after grouting is related to the filling degree of grouting slurry in the pore structure of coarse-grained soil.The coarse-grained content(P_(5))and density are the index parameters reflecting the pore structure and porosity of coarse-grained soil.According to the different basic parameters of coarse-grain content and density,preparing gravel soil samples with different particle compositions.By testing the wave velocity of samples mixed with different cement slurry and establishing the correlation model between the wave velocity and particle composition of coarse-grained soil grouting body,the estimation model of coarse-grained soil grouting quantity can be obtained,and it can evaluate the grouting effect of coarse-grained soil.The test results show that,under the same density and grouting rate,there is a linear relationship between the velocity of grouting body and the coarse-grain content(P_(5));Under the same coarse-grain content(P_(5))and density,there is a linear relationship between grouting body velocity and grouting rate.Under the same coarse-grained content(P_(5))and grouting rate,there is a linear relationship between grouting body velocity and density.The orthogonal test results show that the grouting rate has the greatest influence on the wave velocity,followed by the coarse particle content(P_(5)),and the density has little influence.
