研发型科技企业对图书馆企业服务的需求调查研究——以珠三角地区为例

A Survey Study on the Needs of R&D-based S&T Enterprises for Library’s Corporate Services:Taking the Pearl River Delta Region as an Example

为研发型科技企业的发展提供信息情报服务,是图书馆响应国家战略要求、顺应市场供求体系的具体表现。采用问卷调查法,分析了珠三角地区研发型科技企业的信息情报意识现状及存在问题,探讨了企业对图书馆知识服务的需求,以期为图书馆开展精准化企业信息情报服务提供依据。调查结果表明:企业信息需求大,但存在信息资源保障措施不充分、对图书馆服务了解不足、依赖外部机构满足自身信息情报需求、企业的信息情报需求与自身能力建设尚存在较大脱节等问题。企业呈现出需求多样化的趋势及支付高价值知识服务的意愿。企业对图书馆知识服务的满意度总体较好,图书馆可在产业技术分析、知识产权服务、产业大数据服务和科技成果转化服务等领域拓展服务的深度与广度。

Providing information services for the development of R&D-based S&T enterprises is the concrete perfor⁃mance of the library’s responding to national strategic requirements and complying with the market supply-demand sys⁃tem.Adopting the method of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of information consciousness of R&D-based S&T enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region,and explores the needs of enterprises for li⁃brary’s knowledge services in order to provide the basis for the library to carry out accurate enterprise information service.The results of the survey show that enterprises have a large need for information,but there are some problems,such as in⁃adequate security measures for information resources,insufficient understanding of library services,dependence on exter⁃nal institutions to meet their own information needs,and a big disconnect between the information needs of enterprises and their own capacity construction.Enterprises are showing a trend of diversifying information needs and a willingness to pay for high-value knowledge service.The satisfaction of enterprises on library’s knowledge service is generally good,and libraries can expand the depth and breadth of their services in the fields of industrial technology analysis,intellectual property services,industrial big data services,and sci-tech achievements transformation services.
