公共数据开放平台用户体验状况调查与对策研究——以国内12个城市的公共数据开放平台为例

Investigation and Countermeasure Research on User Experience of Public Data Open Platform:Taking the Public Data Open Platforms of 12 Cities in China as the Examples

以国内12个城市的公共数据开放平台为例,借助Rostcm6软件及Ucinet软件对其平台用户意见反馈内容进行了情感分析和社会网络分析,并采用网络调查法从数据纠错、问卷调查、意见反馈、数据需求、权益保护、数据集评价、数据获取方式、数据发现方式、个性化服务以及账户体验的角度对平台体验和互动反馈现状进行了调查,发现平台存在时效性差、数据获取方式单一、缺乏精准服务、登录方式较烦琐等问题,阻碍了公共数据的利用与开发,可通过用户画像技术及在公共数据开放平台设置个性化推荐板块的方法,使这些问题得以缓解。

Taking the public data open platforms of 12 cities in China as the examples,this paper carries out the emo⁃tion analysis and social network analysis on the feedback contents of users of these platforms by using Rostcm6 software and Ucinet software,and investigates the current situation of platform experience and interactive feedback from the per⁃spectives of data error correction,questionnaire survey,opinion feedback,data demand,rights and interests protection,data set evaluation,data acquisition method,data discovery method,personalized service and account experience adopt⁃ing network survey method,finding that the platform has some problems such as poor timeliness,single data acquisition method,lack of precise service,and cumbersome login method,which hinder the utilization and development of public data and can be alleviated through user portrait technology and the method of setting personalized recommendation boards on public data open platforms.
