农户农业生产性服务采纳行为的影响因素分析——以江西省为例

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Farmers'Adoption Behavior of Agricultural Productive Services-Taking Jiangxi Province as an Example

基于江西省794份水稻种植户的问卷调研数据,采用二元Probit模型,实证分析农户农业生产性服务采纳行为的影响因素,以期为促进农户采用农业生产性服务提供参考依据。结果表明:农户兼业、经营主体类型、是否为干部、采用农机具和设施的难易程度、农业生产性服务供给、是否经历过土地流转交易对农户农业生产性服务采纳行为具有显著的正向影响;家庭农业劳动力人数、土地确权、农业生产投入程度对农户农业生产性服务采纳行为具有显著的负向影响。基于此,提出开展农业生产性服务宣传工作、发挥当地干部的示范作用、大力发展多元化的服务组织、促进农户土地流转形成规模经营进而加大对农业生产性服务的采用等建议。

Based on a survey of 794 rice farmers in Jiangxi Province,China,using a binary Probit model,this study empirically analyzes the factors affecting farmers'adoption of agricultural productive services.The results show that farmer diversification,type of farming entity,whether the farmer is a cadre,the level of difficulty in adopting agricultural machinery and facilities,the supply of agricultural productive services,and experience in land transfer transactions all have significant positive effects on farmers'adoption of agricultural productive services.On the other hand,the number of family laborers in agriculture,land tenure security,and the level of agricultural production inputs have significant negative effects on farmers'adoption of agricultural productive services.Based on these findings,this study proposes several recommendations to promote the adoption of agricultural productive services by farmers,such as carrying out publicity campaigns for agricultural productive services,leveraging the demonstration role of local cadres,promoting the development of diverse service organizations,and facilitating land transfer to promote scale management and increase the adoption of agricultural productive services.
