土生空团菌对片麻岩粗骨土的风化作用

摘要 通过在完全营养、贫K、贫P等不同条件下土生空团菌与片麻岩粗骨土的共同液体培养,分析了液体培养基中pH、低分子量有机酸以及K、P、Al、Fe等元素浓度的动态规律,研究了土生空团菌对片麻岩粗骨土的风化作用。结果表明,土生空团菌能够通过降低pH、分泌有机酸等方式提高片麻岩粗骨土的风化速率;培养60 d时,接种土生空团菌的处理培养液中Al元素浓度可达未接种处理的4.11~8.33倍;土生空团菌会以加强低分子量有机酸代谢分泌响应养分亏缺,与完全营养相比,土生空团菌在贫P或K条件下,对草酸的释放量可提升129.1%和117.0%,而培养液中Al元素浓度可分别提升625.6%和260.3%;柠檬酸可能是土生空团菌响应K缺乏的特异性的代谢产物。 In this paper,we investigated the weathering effects of C.geophilum on gneissic skeleton soil by liquid culture under different conditions such as complete nutrient,K deficiency and P deficiency,and analyzed the dynamic patterns of pH,concentrations of low molecular weight organic acids such as oxalic and citric acids,as well as the concentrations of elements such as K,P,Al,Fe.The results showed that C.geophilum were able to increase the weathering rate of gneissic skeleton soil by lowering pH and secreting organic acids.At 60 days of incubation,the concentration of Al in the liquid culture inoculated with C.geophilum could reach 4.11~8.33 times that of the uninoculated treatment.C.geophilum responded to nutrient deficiency with enhanced secretion of low molecular weight organic acids.The release of oxalic acid by C.geophilum was enhanced by 129.1%and 117.0%under P-or K-deficiency compared to complete nutrition.At the same time,the concentration of elemental Al in the liquid culture can be increased by 625.6%and 260.3%,respectively.Citric acid may be a metabolite specific to the response to K deficiency of C.geophilum.
