高质量发展的能力基础、能力结构与推进机制研究

Research on capacity foundation,capacity structure and promotion mechanism of high quality development

如何推动中国经济高质量发展是当前社会关注的焦点。以2000至2018年的省级面板数据为研究对象,分析影响经济高质量发展的能力基础因素,构成经济高质量发展的能力结构以及提出相应的推进机制。研究发现,高新技术的投入、市场的开放程度、政府的适度调控等因素可以推动科技的进步,提升产业的生产方式和效率,带动产业结构的合理调整,进而带来经济的高质量发展。因为不同区域发展的异质性,区域发展的推进机制制定也应遵循差异化原则。

How to promote high-quality development of the Chinese economy is the focus of current social attention.This paper takes the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2018 as the research object,analyzes the factors affecting the capability basis of high-quality economic development by using the panel model,constructs the capability structure of high-quality economic development and proposes the corresponding promotion mechanism.It is found that the investment of new and high technology,the degree of market opening,the moderate regulation of the government and other factors can promote the progress of science and technology,improve the production mode and efficiency of the industry,promote the reasonable adjustment of the industrial structure,and then bring the high-quality development of the economy.Because of the heterogeneity of different regions,the development mechanism of regional development should follow the principle of differentiation.
