Analysis of Influence of Three Different Mobile Phone Software on College Students'Physical Exercise Behavior

基于三种不同功能手机软件,采用实验法和问卷调查法,对大学生体育锻炼行为影响进行了分析。结果表明,微信运动、悦动圈、QQ运动APP对大学生体育锻炼频率均有提高,其中悦动圈提高最大,其次是微信运动、QQ运动。微信运动、悦动圈、QQ运动APP的使用促进了大学生参与体育锻炼。在运动态度量表维度上,实验组、对照组均值差异均有显著性,通过对对照组、实验组体育锻炼态度指标数据进行对比发现,开展悦动圈、微信运动、QQ运动APP实验对体育锻炼态度提升显著。在体育锻炼习惯的锻炼时间、锻炼频次均值中,实验组与对照组均有显著性差异,P<0.01;通过对比实验组的悦动圈、微信运动、QQ运动和对照组的意志品质指标,发现开展运动APP实验对意志品质提升显著。

Based on three kinds of mobile phone software with different functions,this paper analyzes the influence of college students'physical exercise behavior by using the methods of experiment and questionnaire.The results show that WeChat Sports,Yuedong Circle and QQ Sports APP have improved the frequency of college students'physical exercise.Among them,Yuedong Circle has the largest improvement,followed by WeChat Sports and QQ Sports.The use of WeChat Sports,Yuedong Circle and QQ Sports APP has promoted college students to participate in physical exercise.On the dimension of the sports attitude scale,the mean difference between the experimental group and the control group is significant.Through the comparison of the data of the control group and the experimental group of the sports attitude indicators,it is found that the Yuedong Circle,WeChat sports,and QQ sports APP experiments have significantly improved the sports attitude.In the mean values of exercise time and exercise frequency in physical exercise habits,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01);By comparing the will quality indicators of the experimental group's Yuedong circle,WeChat sports,QQ sports and the control group,it was found that the exercise APP experiment significantly improved the will quality.
