摘要
依托校企合作,结合专业特点和教师队伍现状,探索适合的教师“双师”素质提升策略和提升路径,对推动职业院校高质量发展具有重要意义。“五环策略”关注了“双师”素质提升过程中所需的发展平台,强调了校企双主体的实施地位,明晰了教师的三大能力因素,并以四维保障机制和五维评价体系作为保障,为高职院校教师“双师”素质提升规划了完整的路径。
Relying on school-enterprise cooperation,combining professional characteristics and the current situation of the teaching staff,it is of great significance to explore appropriate strategies and paths for improving the quality of teachers’“double qualifications”to promote the high-quality development of vocational colleges.The“Five-Ring Strategy”focuses on the development platform needed in the process of improving the quality of“double teachers”,emphasizes the implementation status of the two main bodies of schools and enterprises,clarifies the three major ability factors of teachers,and takes the four-dimensional guarantee mechanism and five-dimensional evaluation system as the guarantee to plan a complete path for improving the quality of“double teachers”in higher vocational colleges.
