高素质农民培育的影响因素与对策——基于咸宁“一村多名大学生计划”的视角

Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of the Cultivation of High-quality Farmers——Based on the Implementation of“Multiple College Students in one Village Plan”in Xianning

“一村多名大学生计划”是咸宁职业技术学院率先在湖北省实施的双创教育与乡村振兴深度融合的农民大学生培育项目。项目在注重产教融合的同时,还聚焦农村人才需求,制定招生规格,划分人才类型,明确人才培养目标,构建了社会治理和农业技术两个专业群。在计划实施过程中,面临来自当地政府、高职院校、农村、农民大学生等多方面的问题。为此,学校需要多渠道发掘内生发展动力,从而增强自身的服务能力。

“Multiple College Students in One Village Plan”is a training program for rural college students that is deeply integrated with mass innovation education and rural revitalization,which Xianning Vocational and Technical College took the lead in implementing in Hubei Province.While focusing on the integration of industry and education,the project also focuses on the needs of rural talents,formulates enrollment specifications,divides talent types,defines talent training objectives,and establishes two professional groups of social governance and agricultural technology.However,in the process of implementation,there are problems from the local government,higher vocational colleges,rural society,farmer college students and other aspects.Therefore,the school needs to explore the internal development power through multiple channels,so as to enhance its own service ability.
