Historical Investigation of Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Labor Mutual Aid Movement and Implications of Labor Education Era

在全面抗战时期,晋察冀地区开展的劳动互助运动推动了劳动教育的探索,拓展了劳动教育的形式。在全民劳动、全员互助的观念指引下,形成了劳教结合的生产性劳动教育思想、具身参与的主体性劳动教育过程、开放融通的合作社劳动教育平台以及全民互助的社会化劳动热潮等显著特点。晋察冀劳动互助运动的相关经验对当前我国学校劳动教育的开展具有时代启发意义,如要在坚持生产性劳动教育中引导学生形成正确的劳动观念、以回归日常生活劳动教育为基点锻炼必备的劳动能力、以劳动互助精神助力培养良好的劳动习惯和品质,同时也要搭建劳动平台开展长期系统的劳动教育。

During the period of the Anti-Japanese War,the labor mutual aid movement carried out in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei region promoted the exploration of labor education and expanded the form of labor education.Under the guidance of the concepts of labor for all and mutual assistance among all employees,the developing labor education has formed the following features,such as a productive labor education thought combining labor education,a subjective labor education processed with personal participation,an open and integrated cooperative labor education platform,and a socialized labor upsurge of mutual assistance among all people have been formed.The experience of the labor mutual aid movement in Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei is of great significance to the development of labor education in Chinese schools.For example,it is necessary to guide students to form correct labor concepts in adhering to productive labor education,exercise necessary labor ability based on returning to daily life labor education,and cultivate good labor habits and quality with the spirit of mutual labor.At the same time,build a labor platform to carry out long-term systematic labor education.
