装配式预制混凝土构件厂建设项目投资环境分析

Analysis on Investment Environment of Prefabricated Precast Concrete Component Plant Construction Project

许多企业在政策的支持下积极投资建设预制构件厂,但由于许多城市的装配式建筑产业还未形成规模,在建成投产后出现了订单不足,生产成本高等问题,这也导致投资资金难以回收。在文献研究的基础上,应用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法,从投资企业的角度出发,构建了装配式建筑预制混凝土构件厂投资环境评价指标体系及评价模型,测评各城市的投资环境。并通过实证分析,检验模型的有效性。结果表明,模型有效,城市的市场容量,当地政府的支持力度和资金的来源和途径数量是评价城市投资环境时重点考虑的因素。

With the support of the policy,many enterprises actively invest in the construction of prefabricated component plants.However,because the prefabricated building industry in many cities has not yet formed a scale,there are problems such as the insufficient orders and high production costs after the construction to put into operation,which also makes it difficult to recover the investment funds.On the basis of literature research,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are applied.From the perspective of investment enterprises,an evaluation index system and an evaluation model for the investment environment of prefabricated building precast concrete component plants are established to evaluate the investment environment of each city.And through the empirical analysis,the effectiveness of the model is tested.The results show that the model is effective.The market capacity of city,the support force of local government,and the source,way and amount of funds are the key factors to evaluate the investment environment of a city.
