政务数据“一本账”目录的设计与实现

Design and implementation of a“one account”directory for government data

文章科学设计并梳理了部门权责清单和核心业务,按要求对部门履职过程中产生、采集和管理的政务数据进行了全量编目。在建立的“一本账”目录中,基于标识数据源、所属系统、数据分类分级、基础数据标识等信息,建立了“目录一数据一系统”的对应和关联关系,从而形成了政务数据全量“一本账”目录。同时,按照各政务数据“一数一源”的原则,建立了科学的政务数据目录代码规则及数据资源编码规则,旨在实现政务数据的唯一标识和检索。

This article scientifically designed and organized a list of departmental responsibilities and core businesses,and fully cataloged the government data generated,collected,and managed during the department's performance of duties as required.In the established“one account”directory,based on identifying data sources,belonging systems,data classification and grading,basic data identification,and other information,acorrespondingand associated relationship between“directory-data-system”has been established,thus forming a comprehensive“one account”directory for government data.At the same time,according to the principle of“one data,one source”for various government data,scientific rules for government data directory codes and data resource codes have been established,aiming to achieve unique identification and retrieval of government data.
