宁南山区不同气候类型区苦荞品种关联度及稳定性分析

Grey Correlation Degree and Stability Analysis of New Varieties of Tartary Buckwheat in Different Climate Types of Mountainous Areas in Southern Ningxia

摘要 针对宁夏南部山区不同气候类型区降水量及气温资源,对5个苦荞新品种在5个县(区)进行多年多点试验,对参试品种进行形态特征观察,测定田间密度、株高、主茎分枝数、主茎节数、单株粒数、单株粒质量、千粒质量和籽粒产量等性状;采用灰色关联分析和AMMI稳定性分析相结合,对主要性状指标和品种多年试点产量进行综合评价。结果表明:产量与主要因子的关联度依次为密度>株高>主茎节数>单株粒数>单株粒质量>主茎分枝数>千粒质量。通过对等权关联度和加权关联度分析,结合多点产量,筛选出适宜在宁夏南部山区种植的丰产性、稳定性和生态适应性较好的晋荞2号和黔黑荞5号品种。 Multiple experiments were conducted on 5 new varieties of tartary buckwheat crops in 5 counties(districts)for 3 consecutive years,targeting different climate types and precipitation levels in the southern mountainous areas of Ningxia.The morphological characteristics of the tested varieties were comprehensively observed.The field density,plant height,number of primary branches,number of main stem nodes,number of grains per plant,grain weight per plant,thousand grain weight,and grain yield were recorded and measured.Using a combination of grey correlation analysis and AMMI stability analysis,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the main trait indicators and multi year pilot yield of varieties.The results showed that the correlation between yield and main factors was in the order of density>plant height>number of main stem nodes>number of grains per plant>grain weight per plant>number of first level branches>thousand grain quality.Through the analysis of equal weight correlation degree and weighted correlation degree,combined with the yield of multiple varieties,Jinqiao2 and Qianheiqiao5 varieties with good yield stability and ecological adaptability suitable for planting in the southern mountainous areas of Ningxia were selected.
