江西超吨粮耕作制度研究与发展

Research and Development of Over-ton Grain Farming System in Jiangxi Province

为贯彻落实中央关于“实施新一轮千亿斤粮食产能提升行动”和“开展吨粮田创建”的精神,提升江西粮食生产能力、增加粮食产量、维护国家和地区粮食安全,笔者在广泛调查研究的基础上,回顾、总结了江西超吨粮耕作制度建设与发展状况,认为江西省吨粮田建设具有起步早、面积大、发展快、分布广、成效佳的特点。江西超吨粮耕作制度模式主要包括二熟制模式和三熟制模式两种类型。从20世纪80年代开始,江西省广大农业科技工作者即对“吨粮田”“吨粮耕作制度”“超吨粮耕作制度”的涵义、建设规模,以及良田、良制、良种、良法等主要技术措施进行了探索和研究。为推进江西超吨粮耕作制度的进一步研究与发展,提出了今后应重点开展研究和探讨的若干问题,认为只要从理论和实践两个层面不断探索、深入研究,必将促进、推动江西乃至全国超吨粮耕作制度的发展,从而为全国、为江西增加粮食产量、提升粮食产能、维护粮食安全做出积极贡献。

In order to implement the spirit of the central government's documents on“implementing the new round of action to increase grain production capacity by 100 billion catties”and“launching the creation of ton grain fields”,enhance Jiangxi's grain production capacity,increase grain production,and maintain national and regional food security,on the basis of extensive investigation and research,the article reviewed and summarized the construction and development status of the super ton grain cultivation system in Jiangxi.It was believed that the construction of ton grain fields in Jiangxi Province had the characteristics of early start,large area,rapid development,wide distribution,and good results.The cultivation system model of Jiangxi's super ton grain mainly included two types:the double cropping systems,and the triple cropping systems.From the research on the cultivation system of over ton grain in Jiangxi,since the 1980s,a large number of agricultural science and technology workers in Jiangxi Province had explored and studied the meaning,construction scale,and main technical measures such as“ton grain field”,“ton grain cultivation system”,“over ton grain cultivation system”,as well as good fields,good systems,good varieties,and good methods.In order to promote further research and development of the super ton grain cultivation system in Jiangxi,the article also proposed several issues that should be focused on research and exploration in the future.It was believed that as long as continuous exploration and in-depth research were conducted from both theoretical and practical levels,it would promote and promote the forward development of the super ton grain cultivation system in Jiangxi and even the whole country,thereby making positive contributions to increasing grain production,improving grain production capacity,and maintaining food security for the whole country and for Jiangxi.
