Innovation and application of hoisting technology for large offshore wind turbines

摘要 海上风电作为一种新型清洁能源,随着风电机组的单台装机容量、主机重量、轮毂高度、叶片长度等机组参数的攀升,对其安装技术及船舶装备性能提出了新的要求。为充分挖掘国内现有风机组吊装船作业潜力,提高船机设备利用率,以广核平潭大练风电场项目为依托,优化了大型海上风电机组吊装的关键技术,可精准、快速(单台4 MW风机组吊装仅17 h,25 d完成12台风机组吊装)完成作业任务,为今后在海域及水文地质环境下大容量风机组吊装的施工工艺提供了技术支撑,积累了宝贵经验。 As a new type of clean energy,offshore wind power has put forward new requirements for its installation technology and ship equipment performance with the increase of unit parameters such as single installed capacity,main engine weight,hub height,and blade length of wind turbines.to fully tap into the potential of existing domestic wind turbine hoisting ships and improve the utilization rate of ship machinery equipment.this article was based on the Guanghe Pingtan Dalian Wind Farm project and introduces the key technologies for lifting large offshore wind turbines.It can accurately and quickly complete the task(lifting a single 4MW wind turbine only takes 17 hours,completing the lifting of 12 typhoon turbines in 25 days),providing technical support for the construction process of lifting large capacity wind turbines in the sea and hydrogeological environment in the future,and accumulating valuable experience.
