中药活性成分高良姜素的分析检测研究进展

Progress in Detection Technology for Galangin as an Active Ingredient of Traditional Chinese Medicine

高良姜素是一种三羟基黄酮类化合物,具有丰富的药理作用。结合文献报道的分析检测实例,综述了近年来中药材、中药制剂、蒙药及保健食品中高良姜素的前处理方法及分析检测技术研究进展,对其发展前景进行了总结、展望,以期为高良姜素的检测技术及相关药品的质量控制提供借鉴。

The Galangin is a kind of trihydroxy flavonoid,which has rich pharmacological activities.Combined with the examples of analytical detection reported in the literature,the research progress of the pretreatment methods and analytical detection techniques of Galangin in Chinese medicinal materials,Chinese patent medicine,Mongolian medicine and health food in recent years were reviewed,and the development prospect was summarised and outlooked,with a view to providing a reference for the detection techniques of Galangin and the quality control of the related medicines.
