天然樟脑重结晶纯化研究

摘要 采用重结晶方法对天然樟脑粗品进行纯化研究,以无水乙醇作为天然樟脑粗品重结晶溶剂。分别研究了料液质量比、溶解温度、重结晶温度、重结晶时间等因素对重结晶收率和产品中天然樟脑纯度的影响。优化工艺条件:无水乙醇为重结晶原料,m(天然樟脑粗品)∶m(无水乙醇)=1.0∶1.8,溶解温度55℃,重结晶温度5℃,重结晶时间30 min。优化工艺条件下重结晶收率达73.5%,产品中天然樟脑含量97.6%。 A recrystallization method was used for the purification of natural camphor crude materials,anhydrous ethanol was selected as the solvent on the recrystallization process.Effective factors such as materials to anhydrous ethanol mass ratios,dissolution temperature,recrystallization temperature and recrystallization time on yield and natural camphor content of the products were studied.The optimal conditions obtained by single factor experiments,anhydrous ethanol mass ratio was 1.0 to 1.8,dissolution temperature was 55,recrystallization temperature was 5 C,and recrystallization time was 30 minutes.The recrystallization yield reached to 73.5%and the natural camphor content of the product reached up to 97.6%under optimal conditions.
