摘要
结晶紫等染料应用广泛,但其毒性高,生物降解难。因此高效地去除水中结晶紫有研究意义。离子功能基团修饰的多孔树脂由于其高比表面积、可控的孔隙以及负载的离子功能基团,被认为是有潜力的吸附剂。以4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VP)为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EDGMA)为交联剂,对二苄氯(DCX)为功能化试剂,通过悬浮聚合和离子化反应制备了吡啶盐功能化多孔树脂。当m(4-VP)∶m(EDGMA)=1∶4时,离子化反应后材料BET比表面积从176.7 m2/g上升至204.3 m2/g,对结晶紫的平衡吸附量增大。对比离子化前后树脂对结晶紫的吸附,发现离子化后材料的平衡吸附量更高,吸附达到平衡需要的时间更短,且具有优良的循环使用性能。
Dyes are widely used for the production of textile,paper,leather,and cosmetic industries.However,they are too dark,highly toxic,mutagenic,and difficult to biodegrade.Therefore,the efficient removal of dyes from water has certain research significance.Ionic functional groups functionalized porous resins are considered to be potential adsorbents because of their high specific surface area,controllable porosity,and ionic functional groups.Herein,4-vinylpyridine was employed as the functional monomer,diethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDGMA)was applied as the crosslinking agent,and p-dichlorobenzyl chloride(DCX)was used as the functional agent,a kind of pyridine salt functionalized porous resin,namely,EVD-IL,was prepared.As the mass ratio of EDGMA and 4-VP was 4:1,the specific surface area of EVD-IL increased from 176.7 m2/g to 204.3 m2/g,and the adsorption of the resulting resin was optimized.Meanwhile,as compared with the adsorption of crystal violet on the resins before and after the ionization,the equilibrium capacity of EVD-IL was larger and the required time for the adsorption attaining equilibrium was shorter with excellent recycling performance.
