数字经济背景下农业创新集群融合发展研究——以常熟市为例

Research on the integrated development of agricultural innovation cluster under the background of digital economy:taking Changshu as an example

数据已经成为重要的生产要素,对农村创新集群融合发展产生了系统性影响。文章认为,就常熟而言,依托常熟国家农业科技园支撑农业创新集群融合的驱动力不强;存在顶层规划设计、多元投入机制、数据赋能服务、高效的科技支撑体系和平台等制约因素。建议开展数字新基建设、数据资源整合、未来农场建设、未来农业链化、未来农民增智、数字生态治理等行动,同时强化顶层统筹设计规划,促进农业创新集群融合发展。

Data has become an important factor of production and has a systematic impact on the integrated development of rural innovation clusters.The article argues that as far as Changshu is concerned,the driving force behind the integration of agricultural innovation clusters supported by the Changshu National Agricultural Science and Technology Park is not strong;and there are constraints such as top-level planning and design,diversified investment mechanisms,data empowerment services,efficient technology support systems and platforms.Next,it is recommended to carry out actions such as digital new infrastructure construction,data resource integration,future farm construction,future agricultural chain transformation,future farmer intelligence enhancement,and digital ecological governance.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen top-level coordinated design and planning to promote the integrated development of agricultural innovation clusters.
