高职教师信息素养的现实困境与提升策略研究

摘要 随着信息时代向智能时代迈进,高职教师信息素养教育在顶层设计和长远规划上的缺失,教育内容的滞后和形式的乏味,外部激励和内部驱动力的疲软已经阻碍了高职教师信息素养的提升以及更好地适应社会发展、技术迭代、产业转型升级、职业教育发展等多种变化。在此情况下,文章分析了高职教师信息素养的现实困境,认为应该从统筹顶层设计、制定长远规划,重构教育内容、细分教育形式、建立教育机制、坚持实践应用导向等方面探索高职教师信息素养教育从信息化到智能化的出路,并提出了高职教师信息素养教育的未来课题。 With the shift from the information age to the intelligent age,the lack of top-level design and long-term planning in the information literacy education of vocational college teachers,the lagging educational content and boring forms,and the weakness of external incentives and internal driving forces have hindered the improvement of teachers’information literacy and their ability to better adapt to social development,technological iteration,industrial transformation and upgrading,vocational education development,and other changes.In this context,the article analyzes the practical dilemmas of information literacy education for vocational college teachers,and suggests that we should explore the way out of information literacy education from informatization to intelligence from the aspects of overall top-level design,long-term planning,reconstruction of educational content,subdivision of educational forms,establishment of educational mechanisms,and persistence in practical application orientation.It also proposes future topics for information literacy education for vocational college teachers.
