前牙覆[牙合]与上下颌骨旋转及下颌角角度的相关性研究

A study on the correlation between anterior overbite、maxillary and mandibular rotation,and mandibular angle angle

目的 分析研究前牙覆[牙合]与上下颌骨旋转及下颌角角度的相关性,希望能为正畸治疗不同垂直骨面型患者提供参考。方法 选取不同错[牙合]畸形成人正畸患者156例,均为本院2019年1月至2022年12月所收治,治疗前全部患者均接受头颅侧位片拍摄,然后将拍摄结果 导入头影测量分析软件Winceph8.0,对测量项目及测量标志点进行定义,分析前牙覆[牙合]与腭平面角、下颌平面角、下颌角的相关性。结果 156例患者的覆[牙合]为(2.72±2.54) mm,腭平面角(PP-FH)为(1.73±1.18)°,下颌平面角(SN-MP)为(34.41±7.36)°,下颌平面角(FH-MP)为(26.68±6.88)°,下颌角为(119.42±8.27)°;不同性别的覆[牙合]、腭平面角(PP-FH)、下颌平面角(SN-MP)、下颌平面角(FH-MP)及下颌角比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。前牙覆[牙合]与下颌平面角(SN-MP)、下颌平面角(FH-MP)、下颌角均表现为负相关(r=-0.4716、-0.4182、-0.3984,P<0.05):而前牙覆[牙合]与腭平面角(PP-FH)则无显著相关性(r=0.0915,P=0.2237)。结论 前牙覆[牙合]与下颌角、下颌平面角存在显著相关性,下颌平面角增大、下颌角角度增加均会导致前牙覆[牙合]减少;而腭平面旋转则并不会影响前牙覆[牙合]。

Objective To analyze and study the correlation between anterior overbite and the rotation and angle of the maxilla and mandible,hoping to provide reference for orthodontic treatment of patients with different vertical bone surface types.Method156 adult orthodontic patients with different malocclusion deformities were selected,all of whom were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022.Prior to treatment,all patients underwent lateral cephalometric imaging.The imaging results were then imported into the cephalometric analysis software Winceph8.0,and measurement items and markers were defined.The correlation between anterior overbite and palatal plane angle,mandibular plane angle,and mandibular angle was analyzed.Result The occlusion of 156 patients was(2.72±2.54) mm the palatal plane angle(PP-FH) was(1.73 ± 1.18) °,the mandibular plane angle(SN-MP) was(34.41±7.36) °,the mandibular plane angle(FH-MP) was(26.68 ± 6.88) °,and the mandibular angle was(119.42± 8.27) °;There was no statistically significant difference in overlap,palatal plane angle(PP-FH),mandibular plane angle(SN-MP),mandibular plane angle(FH-MP),and mandibular angle between different genders(P> 0.05).The anterior overbite showed a negative correlation with mandibular plane angle(SN-MP),mandibular plane angle(FH-MP),and mandibular angle(r=-0.4716,-0.4182,-0.3984,P <0.05);However,there was no significant correlation between anterior overbite and palatal plane angle(PP-FH)(r=0.0915,P=0.2237).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between anterior overbite and mandibular angle,mandibular plane angle.An increase in mandibular plane angle and an increase in mandibular angle can lead to a decrease in anterior overbite;And the rotation of the palatal plane does not affect the anterior overbite.
