突出煤层定向钻孔瓦斯治理技术的研究与应用

摘要 为有效解决山西某煤矿22080工作面突出煤层瓦斯抽采难题,本文采用定向钻孔方法综合治理瓦斯。采用该方法后,实测15#煤层残余瓦斯含量为1.46~5.75 m~3/t,16-17#煤层残余瓦斯含量为1.61~7.1 m~3/t。补打钻孔后重新测定超标点的残余参数,测定结果为4.27 m~3/t,符合残余瓦斯含量小于6 m3/t临界值的要求,证明该方法能有效解决瓦斯超限问题。 In order to effectively solve the problem of gas extraction from the prominent coal seam in the 22080 working face of a coal mine in Shanxi,this paper adopts the directional drilling method to comprehensively control the gas.After adopting this method,the measured residual gas content of 15# coal seam is 1.46~5.75 m~3/t,and the residual gas content of 16-17#coal seam is 1.61~7.1 m~3/t.The residual parameter of the exceeding point is re-determined after replenishment drilling,and the result of the measurement is 4.27 m~3/t,which is in line with the requirement of the critical value of the residual gas content of less than 6 m~3/t,and it proves that the method can solve the problem of over-limit of gas effectively.
