摘要
为解决矿井1601综采工作面在远距离供电过程中的压降损失、无功损耗及谐波产生等问题,本文首先分析了高压防爆SVG集中补偿方案、电路终端电压调节控制方案、低压防爆SVG终端补偿方案、设备变频软启动方案的技术原理和技术,进而基于工作面具体条件设计了高低压无功补偿、终端电压调节及设备软启动变频改造的综合治理方案。该方案较好地解决了远距离供电带来的各种弊端,年节约电费可达85.5万元,技术经济效益显著。
To address the issues of voltage drop loss,reactive power loss,and harmonic generation during long-distance power supply in the 1601 fully mechanized mining face of the mine,this paper first analyzes the technical principles and technologies of high-voltage explosion-proof SVG centralized compensation scheme,circuit terminal voltage regulation control scheme,low-voltage explosion-proof SVG terminal compensation scheme,and equipment frequency conversion soft start scheme.Based on the specific conditions of the working face,high-voltage and low-voltage reactive power compensation are designed comprehensive governance plan for terminal voltage regulation and equipment soft start frequency conversion transformation.This solution effectively solves various drawbacks caused by long-distance power supply,saving annual electricity costs up to 855 000 yuan,and achieving significant technical and economic benefits.
