35 kV变电站自动化巡检技术的研究与应用

摘要 作为电网中枢,35 kV变电站的安全稳定运行对于电力供应保障至关重要。以人工抄表巡视为主的设备巡检方式不仅费时费力,且受人为因素影响,难以保证巡视质量,存在较大安全隐患。为此,本文研究了35 kV变电站无人值守及自动化巡检监控技术,提出了一种基于智能机器人的自动化巡检方案。该方案可实时监测站内环境感知及设备状态,有效减少人工巡检环节,进一步提高变电站的安全可靠性。 As the center of the power grid,the safe and stable operation of 35 kV substations is crucial for ensuring power supply.The equipment inspection method mainly based on manual meter reading inspection is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also affected by human factors,making it difficult to ensure the quality of inspection and posing significant safety hazards.Therefore,this paper studies the unmanned and automated inspection and monitoring technology of 35 kV substations,and proposes an automated inspection scheme based on intelligent robots.This scheme can monitor the environmental perception and equipment status inside the station in real time,effectively reducing manual inspection processes and further improving the safety and reliability of the substation.
