Prefabricated buildings have the characteristics of fast construction,good quality,and low cost,and the market demand is increasing year by year.The use of BIM technology enables comprehensive tracking of the status and location of each component throughout the entire project lifecycle.This paper designs an intelligent management system for prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology,focusing on the system architecture and functional design,and verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the system through examples.
