新文科背景下本科艺术类复合型人才培养模式的挑战与突破点研究

摘要 当今时代,我国正处在哲学社会科学发展新格局,“四新”的提出对于新发展格局的践行指明了航向。我国社会发展呈现复杂多变态势,如此世界百年未有之大变局对于教育行业提出了更高的要求,单一学科教育已无法满足高水平人才的培养,跨学科教育势在必行。在新文科背景下,高校应培养复合型人才发现并解决复杂而全面的问题。本文将对本科艺术类复合型人才培养方式进行探索,对于已有培养模式的痛点、难点进行解读,并寻求解决的突破点。 In the current era,China is currently in a new pattern of development of philosophy and social sciences,and the proposal of“four new”points out the direction for the implementation of the new development pattern.China’s social development presents a complex and abnormal trend,and such a major change in the world that has not occurred in a century has put forward higher requirements for the education industry.Single discipline education cannot meet the cultivation of high-level talents,and interdisciplinary education is imperative.In the context of the new liberal arts,universities should cultivate versatile talents to identify and solve complex and comprehensive problems.This article will explore the cultivation methods of interdisciplinary talents in the art field,interpret the pain points and difficulties of existing cultivation models,and seek breakthroughs to solve them.
