里程定位偏差对大机捣固作业效果的影响

Influence of Mileage Positioning Deviation on Effect of Large Machine Tamping Operation

摘要 为提高大型养护维修机械捣固作业效果,针对普遍存在的测量与捣固车里程定位偏差问题,推导了里程偏差对轨向、高低、水平、三角坑及静态轨道质量指数(Track Quality Index,TQI)影响的计算表达式。结合实际工程案例,分析了不同里程偏差条件下轨向、高低、水平、三角坑及静态TQI的变化和分布规律,对比分析了有无轨距精改以及曲线线路条件下里程偏差对静态TQI的影响。结果表明:里程偏差对轨向、高低、水平、三角坑以及静态TQI均有显著影响,且里程偏差越大影响越大,其中对水平的影响主要体现在缓和曲线区段,对三角坑的影响主要在缓和曲线两侧区段;静态TQI与里程偏差正相关,当里程偏差为2.5 m时,引起的静态TQI平均值可达4.8 mm,严重影响捣固作业效果;捣固车捣固前不进行轨距调整会明显降低整治效果。 In order to improve the effect of large maintenance and repair machinery tamping operations,a calculation expression for the influence of mileage deviation on track orientation,height,horizontal,triangular pits,and static track quality index(TQI)was derived to address the common problem of measurement and tamping machine mileage positioning deviation.Based on practical engineering cases,the changes and distribution patterns of track orientation,height,level,triangular pits,and static TQI under different mileage deviation conditions were analyzed.The effects of precise gauge modification and mileage deviation on static TQI under curved line conditions were compared and analyzed.The results show that mileage deviation has a significant impact on track orientation,height,level,triangular pits,and static TQI,and the larger the mileage deviation,the greater the impact.The impact on horizontal deviation is mainly reflected in the transition curve section,and the impact on triangular pits is mainly on both sides of the transition curve section.The static TQI is positively correlated with mileage deviation.When the mileage deviation is 2.5 m,the caused average static TQI can reach 4.8 mm,which seriously affects the effect of tamping operations.Not adjusting the gauge before tamping will significantly reduce the effect of the rectification.
