CAR-T在消化道实体瘤治疗中的研究进展与展望

Research progress and prospects of CAR-T therapy in solid tumors of the digestive tract

嵌合抗原受体T细胞(chimeric antigen receptor T cell, CAR-T cell)治疗是目前非常有前景的一种抗肿瘤细胞免疫疗法,在血液肿瘤治疗中已经取得了良好的临床疗效,在实体肿瘤中也取得了很多进展。本文综述CAR-T细胞在食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、胆管癌和结直肠癌等消化系统肿瘤治疗中的研究进展,就目前治疗困境及解决措施予以阐述,展望CAR-T细胞与其他治疗方式的联合以实现实体瘤患者长期生存。

Chimeric antigen receptor T cell(CAR-T cell)therapy is a very promising anti-tumor cell immunotherapy at present.It has achieved good clinical efficacy in blood tumors,and has also made much progress in solid tumors.This article summarizes the research progress of CAR-T cell in the treatment of digestive system tumors such as esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,pancreatic cancer,bile duct cancer,colorectal cancer,etc,Elaborate on the current treatment difficulties and solutions,and look forward to the combination of CAR-T cells and other treatment methods to achieve long-term survival of solid tumors.
