摘要
苏州市某污水厂提标扩容工程设计规模为6.25×10^(4) m^(3)/d,在不新征用地条件下进行提标扩容,出水水质执行地表水准Ⅳ类标准。扩容工程应用厌氧-缺氧/反应沉淀一体式环流生物反应器(A^(2)/RPIR)与转盘滤池组合叠合池、磁混凝与设备加药间叠合池、办公楼与消毒池叠合建筑的多重叠合组合工艺;提标工程采用多点进水工艺改造现有生化池。工程投入运行后,出水水质稳定达标。本工程建设用地指标为0.237 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d^(-1)),为无用地条件的污水厂提标扩容提供了思路。
The design scale of the upgrading and expansion project of a wastewater treatment plant in Suzhou is 62500 m^(3)/d.The project is carried out in the existing plant area without new land requisition,and the effluent quality is required to meet surface water quasiⅣdischarge standard.The multi-overlapping process including anaerobic-anoxic/rapid purification of sewage using sedimentation integrated rectangular airlift loop reactor(A^(2)/RPIR)overlapping rotary filter,magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank overlapping equipment room and dosing room,and office building overlapping disinfecting tank was applied in the upgrading and expansion project.The multi-point wastewater intake technology was employed to renovate the existing biochemical tank.After the project was put into operation,the effluent quality stably met the discharge standard.The index of land use of this project is0.237 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d~(-1)),which provides a new idea for the upgrading and expansion of wastewater treatment plants without new land requisition.
