工艺参数对一体压铸后底板铸件力学性能的影响

摘要 采用免热处理铝合金材料生产一体压铸汽车后底板铸件,通过对快压射速度、铝液温度、冲头起高速位置的工艺优化,获得在7 200 T压铸机上生产的最佳工艺。当工艺参数快压射速度6.0 m/s、铝液温度695℃、冲头起高速位置925 mm时,后底板铸件本体抗拉强度≥260 MPa、屈服强度≥115 MPa、伸长率≥10%,力学性能满足设计要求。 The non-heat treatment aluminum alloy AlSi8 was used to produce the integrated die-cast automotive rear floor castings.Through the process optimization of fast injection speed,liquid aluminum temperature and high speed position of punch,the optimum process of production on 7200 T die casting machine was obtaine.When the process parameters were fast injection speed 6.0 m/s,liquid aluminum temperature 695℃,and the high-speed position of the punch 925 mm,the tensile strength of the backfloor casting body≥260 MPa,the yield strength≥115 MPa,and the elongation≥10%,and the mechanical properties met the design requirements.
