摘要
支架类铸件在汽车行业应用比较广泛,但是汽车安全性问题很多都与支架铸件的结构设计相关。通过多个典型的汽车支架铸件失效案例,分析其失效机制,总结了可参考借鉴的分析应对方法,解决了在开发初期的整车装配试验和道路试验中先后出现支架断裂的问题。
Bracket castings are widely used in the automotive industry,but many automotive safety problems are related to the structural design of bracket castings.Based on the failure cases of several typical automobile support castings,the failure mechanism was analyzed,and the analysis and response methods for reference were summarized,which solved the problem of support fracture in the vehicle assembly test and road test in the early stage of development.
